In the 21st century anxiety and depression are huge issues. As a school we are determined to support our students and families with mental health issues, they impact on so much, enjoyment of life, happiness, learning, progress and sleep.
In the 2nd in our innovative series of seminars, we’re exploring anxiety, what it is, what to do about it and how the way the brain works can sometimes mean we become our own worst enemy. Anxiety is a difficult topic and this seminar is delivered with passion, care, sensitivity and compassion.
