Causeway Students take to the Airwaves
Friday, November 16, 2018

A lovely group of Year 7 students took to the airwaves on Thursday 15th November as part of the Eastbourne Youth Radio Schedule 2018. Students wrote the show on their own and were very excited about broadcasting live. On top of the self produced Year 7 content there was a range of music and drama from students in other year groups, including some fabulous performances from our choir and a couple of numbers from our very own swinging lounge hipster Bradley Willis! +

Student Swalefest 2018
Monday, June 25, 2018

Fourteen of Causeway’s young leaders joined over one hundred students from other Swale schools on Friday, to discuss, debate and, ultimately, design a practical vision for student leadership - one that honours the student-designed manifesto of last year - across the trust. It was a privilege and a joy to watch our students contribute to and, in many cases, drive forward the discussion whilst also making friends with pupils from other schools.  +

£800 raised for Cancer Research
Monday, June 25, 2018

A fantastic end to last week ‘in pink’ with our very own Race for Life! The girls gathered together with 175 students running 3km at the end of the school day. First place was awarded to Paige Alyward, second place to Alani Taylor, and third place to Phoebe Stoner. The atmosphere was so positive and our students excelled in their support for one another and Cancer Research, raising nearly £800. Thank you to everyone, especially Ms Newman and Ms Da Silva, for making it such a success.  +
